Earlier this year, we were contacted by the strata manager of Oak Tree, a 76-unit townhouse complex in Fleetwood, Surrey, inquiring about our strata concrete maintenance services. Fast forward a few months, and we’re proud to share that we’ve successfully completed the full replacement of eight driveways within the community.
Originally built in 1994, many of the driveways at Oak Tree were still the original installations - now over 30 years old. In addition to natural aging, previous repair work by another contractor had left behind substandard results, leading to premature deterioration. We were pleased to set things right by removing the compromised surfaces and rebuilding them properly from the ground up.
In total, we installed 1,642 square feet of new driveway, along with several additional concrete surfaces. These new exposed aggregate driveways were designed to seamlessly blend with the remaining original surfaces, preserving the aesthetic of the community while enhancing durability.
Throughout the project, we earned the trust of several homeowners and even received referrals - a testament to our commitment to quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
We look forward to continuing to support the Oak Tree community with their future concrete maintenance and replacement needs. As part of our Strata Concrete Flat Surface Rehabilitation Program, we provide strata councils with annual, customized priority lists that identify current issues and potential future problem areas. This proactive approach empowers strata managers and councils to plan and budget more effectively for both short and long-term concrete maintenance.
