Moore & Sons Completes Its 67th Water Reservoir Tank Base in Maple Ridge

Date Posted : October 22, 2026

Moore & Sons has completed another major concrete project in Maple Ridge: our 67th water reservoir tank base! Measuring 54 metres in diameter, this industrial-grade concrete base required more than 60 cubic metres of concrete and a carefully coordinated pour to meet the project's engineering requirements.

Located at 270A Street, the reservoir is part of the City's efforts to improve water supply capacity in support of future growth and development in northeast Maple Ridge. Once complete, the reservoir will hold one million gallons of drinking water, helping meet the needs of the growing community. The upgrades include structural, mechanical and operational improvements designed to help maintain a reliable water distribution system.

With this project now complete, we're already looking ahead. We've booked four more reservoir tank base construction projects for next year, continuing a line of work that calls for specialized equipment, experienced crews and precise execution.

Large-scale industrial concrete work demands more than just a big pour. It takes the right tools, technical expertise and careful planning to meet demanding engineering specifications while keeping the project on schedule and within budget. At Moore & Sons, we bring all these elements together to deliver dependable results for our clients.
